- Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing our services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
3. Consequential Damages Exclusion
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Professional Services Disclaimer
While we strive to provide high-quality UX/UI design services, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, business results, or improvements in your digital products. The success of design implementations depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including technical execution, user adoption, and market conditions.
6. Third-Party Services and Content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Any reliance you place on such information or services is strictly at your own risk.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings in other jurisdictions to protect our intellectual property rights or enforce these Terms.
2. Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, we encourage you to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution. We believe that most disagreements can be resolved through good-faith communication.
Step 1: Informal Resolution
Contact us at info@domain.com with a detailed description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Step 2: Mediation
If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
Step 3: Litigation
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through the courts as specified above.
3. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8. Language and Interpretation
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
